髋部手术应用负压引流疗效分析

Analysis of effect on using negative pressure drainage on hip operation

目的 分析负压引流在髋部手术中的疗效。方法 将纯属外伤而行人工股骨头置换术、全髋置换术的 15 3例患者分为 3组。A组使用负压引流 ,B组行皮片引流 ,C组未置引流。对 3组疗效进行比较。结果 A组术后体温恢复正常快 ,抗生素使用时间短 ,切口愈合好 ,血沉正常 ,C反应蛋白阴性 ,无一例脱位 ;B组术后 4例髋部肿胀 ,2例血沉加快 ,1例C反应蛋白阳性 ;C组术后 3例髋部肿胀 ,1例术后 10天切口内仍有积血 ,5例血沉加快 ,4例C反应蛋白阳性 ,1例髋脱位。结论 髋部手术应用负压引流可降低感染率 。

Objective To analyze the effect of using negative pressure drainage on hip operation. Methods The patients for hip operation were divided into 3 groups, respectively with negative pressure drainage (group A),elastic drainage (group B) and non drainage (group C). Results In group A, the patients temperature recovered normal quickly, and there were short time of applying antibiotics, local swelling disappeared, and ESR test, CRP test were negative after operation. In group B, there were 2 cases of rapid ESR, 1 case CRP test positive. In group C, there were 5 cases of rapid ESR, 4 cases CRP positive and 1 case luxation. Conclusion Negative pressure drainage on hip operation can reduce the infection rate and achieve better results.
