摘要
借鉴青藏铁路西宁至格尔木段多年运营的经验 ,面对格尔木至拉萨段特殊的生态环境 ,提出了运输组织模式、运营管理体制。
With reference to the operation experiences of “Xining Germu” section of Qinghai Tibet Line, facing the special zoology environment of “Germu Lasa”section, the assumption is raised for the transportation organization mode, operation and management system, equipment maintenance standard and construction standard, etc.
