由工业革命开始至今的能源运用过程及其造成环境污染的负面作用是值得借鉴的。 21世纪新的清洁能源的展望和地温资源的开发利用已存在的优势，我国长春用地温热供暖制冷的交换技术已取得成功，这项科技成果将成为新产业的新的经济增长点。

Discussed systematically in this paper are process of energy application since Industrial Revolution and negative effect on environment. Pointing out new sources of energy in the 21st century and utilization of geothermal resources, the paper refers to the advantages in developing and utilizing geothermal resources, and introduces an achievement in Changchun City of heating and cooling exchange technique by means of geothermal energy resources, which promises to be a new branch of industry and a new growth point of economy.
