摘要
对双 CCD交汇坐标测量的数学模型进行了误差分析 ,提出了最优结构参数的条件。通过计算机仿真的方法 ,对两 CCD交汇测量的结构参数进行了优化设计 ,得出了在不同靶面尺寸时的优化结果。从理论上证明了在双 CCD交汇坐标测量时“光轴正交交汇”
A kind of optimization design method is developed to achieve high accuracy in CCD intersection measuring system. The formula to calculate the positioning precision is derived. Four conditions of the optimum structure parameters are presented reasonably. Computer simulation of the optimization design for the structure parameters is described in detail. Finally, the simulation results are given in a table. From the results we can draw a valuable conclusion that the optical axes of two line scan CCD cameras should be perpendicular to each other.
