摘要
在研究了国内外辐射高温计发展现状的基础上 ,通过对燃煤锅炉火焰辐射特性的分析 ,建立了一种适合测量燃煤锅炉火焰温度的四波长光谱测温模型。以该模型为基础建立起来的测量系统考虑了炉壁的辐射干扰和固体颗粒的散射作用 ,并且不设置参考辐射源 ,能够快速、准确。
By analyzing the radiation characteristics of the flame in the coal boiler, a four-wavelength pyrometer model was proposed to measure the flame temperature of the coal boiler. The measuring system based on this model, in which the radiation of the chamber surface and the scattering of the solid particles are consistently accounted for, can quickly and accurately measure the temperature of the flame without a reference radiation resource. The calculating results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
