A Precise Method for Thermocouple Voltage-Temperature Conversion by the Chart

提出一种精确的热电偶电压 -温度的相互转换方法。通过对常用热电偶分度表的分析和变换处理 ,将处理后的热电偶分度表数据完全存放于 EPROM中 ,这种转换方法占用存储空间少 ,计算电压或温度快速、准确。

A precise method for thermocouple voltage temperature conversion is presented. Firstly by analyzing the thermocouple dividing chart, its data is changed into the breaking drop chart and searching chart; Secondly the data of both chart are all saved in the EPROM; Finally in the conversion of voltage temperature, some key data are got by searching the breaking drop and searching charts, then the data of temperature or voltage are computed by the proper software. The method not only takes a littleplace, but also the conversion of voltage temperature is quick and precise. It hasn't the system errors and a lot of calculation.
