摘要 本文提出了一种用不完全齿轮控制的齿轮齿条新型组合机构.从结构原理、运动分析的角度论证了实现长行程往复运动的可能性及其运动规律.分析了该机构具有结构较为简单,无需制动、离合、换向的装置,工作行程及停歇时间可以选择等优点.可适用于某些生产场合中. This paper introduced a new combined gear and rack Mechanism which is controlled by an incomplete gear, demonstrated the possibility of long reciprocal movement and its regularity based on construction theorem and movement analysis. The paper also analysed the advantage of this mechanism. It does not need the equipment for engaging and disengaging, braking and for exchanging directions, the travel and stop time may be selected. the construction is simple . These meet requirements of some cases of manufacture.
