摘要
目的 :建立伤速愈喷雾剂质量控制方法。方法 :采用双波长分光光度法测定黄芩苷的含量。测定波长为 2 76 nm ,参比波长为 2 47nm。结果 :线性范围为 1～ 9μg· ml- 1 (r=0 .9999) ,平均加样回收率为 98.4% ,RSD =1.3%。结论 :本方法简便快速 ,灵敏度高 ,为伤速愈喷雾剂的质量控制提供了有效的方法。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality control method for Shangsuyu spray. METHODS:The content of baicalin was determined by double wavelength spectrophotometry. The determination wavelength was at 276nm, and the comparison wavelength was at 247 nm.RESULTS:The linearity range was 1～9 μg·ml -1 with a correlation coefficient r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 98.4%, and RSD=1.3%.CONCLUSION:The method was simple, convenient, quick and sensitive. It provided an effective method for quality control of Shangshuyu spray.
