This paper introduces a hardware system,which is formed by excitation control system digital memory oscilloscopes and computers and so on,and introduces software techniques and system.These two system can carry out acquisting and processing the amplitude frequency curve of accelerometer full automatically.The systems are proved,that it is satisfactorily and reliably after being utilized to standardize and acquisre many amplitude frequency curves of the instrument grade piezoresistive silicon accelerometer,which is jointly developed by ourselves.The technology for these two systems is very mature.
