摘要 本作者对4例大白鼠脊髓中央管壁进行了表面扫描电镜观察。结果观察到许多披有静纤毛或动纤毛的树突终末,尚发现一些轴突终末,这些皆属接触脑脊液神经元。在鼠脊髓中央管观察到轴突终末迄今未见文献报道。这些轴突终末可能是脊髓接触脑脊液神经元分泌物质的释放部位,所分泌的生物活性物质可通过脑脊液影响蛛网膜下腔的血管,而调节血流,进而影响细胞外液和/或脑脊液。 A scanning microscopic study of CSF-contacting neurons in the central canal of spinal cord in 4 rats has been made,The results show that many dendritic terminals with sterocilia or kinocilia were found in the spinal central canal.It is very significant that some axons were observed in the central canal.The finding has not been reported yet.Such axon endings in the central canal, like those on the surface of the spinal cord, resemble those of known ncurosecretory release sites, such as neurohypophysis and median eminence. The refore, they probably represent release sites for substances produced in the spinal CSF-contacing neurons.These bioactive materials act via the external CSF, e.g. on vessels of the subarachnoid space, they regulate the blood flow of the spinal cord and secondarily the parameters of the spinal intercellular fluid and/or CSF.
