摘要
本文对伊图里河科研楼的四年观测资料分析得出:该楼地基多年冻土在逐年退化。为了保证其地基地温的稳定,提出了将不通风式改为通风式或加大保温层的意见,使该楼基础达到稳定之目的。
The building investigated is located in p'ermafrost area of Yitulihe on northwest slope of Da Hinggan Ling, and is the one with raised and unventilated pile foundation. After 4 years' operation permafrost under the building degradated. Permafrost table descended 1.7 m in 3 years.
To ensure the stability of the building, it is suggested that the raised and unventilated foundation must be changed to ventilated one , or the insulation layer must be thickened in order to prevent permafrost degradation.
