摘要
该文从理论分析的角度入手,阐述了钻具振动对地面扭矩检测值的影响,并以4口井14次典型钻头预报为例,系统地分析了各种不同状况下的扭矩曲线典型特征,指出扭矩曲线形态特征不受三牙轮钻头类型、外径及所钻井深的影响,在排除和限定影响因素后,能较好地显示井下钻头使用情况与扭矩曲线变化的对应关系。这对录井现场钻头使用情况的分析及预报具有一定的指导意义。文章还就扭矩曲线的演变过程及采取的工程措施提出了意见。
The paper deals with the effect on drilling string vibration of surface torque measuring value from theory analysis and systematically analyses typical torque curve characteristics of various conditions by the examples of 14 times of 4 wells typical bit prediction.The author pointed out that the torque curve patterns are not affected by the types,outer diameter of three cone bit and wellbore depth.It can display corresponding relationships between bottom-hole bit wearing degree and torque curve change by eliminating and definating the effecting factors.It has certain significance to analysis bit wearing and predict wellsite logging.The author also points out the views for torque curve evolution processes and engineering measures taken.
