摘要
为了抑制旋风分离器内的旋进涡核 (PVC)现象 ,对常规旋风分离器作了改进 ,在旋风分离器中心轴线处加上稳涡杆。对改进后旋风分离器内PVC的存在范围、频率和幅值进行了测定 ,结果表明 。
A stick is installed on the central axis in a cyclone separator for stabilizing vortex. The precessing vortex core (PVC) of the improved cyclone separator is measured by means of hot wire anemometry and delt with FFT method. The results show that the stick has effects on decreasing the PVC magnitude.The stick with a longer length and a larger diameter has greater effects on reductions of the frequency, amplitude and area of the precessing vortex core in a cyclone separator.
