摘要 目的 :探讨釉基质蛋白对于牙周膜细胞增殖和碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)活性的影响。方法 :采用细胞培养技术 ,噻唑盐比色测定 (MTT)法和酶动力学方法 ,观察釉基质蛋白对牙周膜细胞的作用。结果 :釉基质蛋白组的牙周膜细胞 ,其增殖活性显著提高 ,以 5 0mg/L浓度为最佳 ;其ALP活性也较对照组明显增加 ,以 2 0 0mg/L浓度的效果最佳 ,且有一个合适的剂量范围。结论 AIM: To observe the effects of enamel matrix proteins (EMPs) on the proliferation and ALP activity of periodontal ligament (PDL) cells. METHODS: Cell culture technique, MTT assay and enzyme kinetics methods were used. RESULTS: Both the proliferation and ALP activity of PDL cells in experimental groups were siganificantly increased and the best density of the former is 50mg/L and the latter is 200mg/L. CONCLUSIONS: EMPs can improve the proliferation and ALP activity of human PDL cells. [
