摘要
研究了自制的两种相容剂对PC/ABS合金的力学性能、应力开裂性能和熔体流动速率的影响,并用SEM研究了共混体系的相容性。结果表明,相容剂A[(苯乙烯/马来酸酐)共聚物]和相容剂B(ABS接枝共聚物),均可提高共混体系中两组分的相容性。A、B的最佳用量分别为2%和5%。
The influence of two self-made compatibilizers on the mechanical property, stress-crack property and melt flow rate of PC/ ABS alloys was studied. The compatibility of blend systems was studied by SEM. The results showed that the compatibility of two components in blend systems was improved by the compatibilizer A( styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer and compatibilizer B( ABS graft copolymer) . The optimum content of two compatibilizers A and B in alloys are 2% and 5% respectively.
