摘要
目的 研究糖代谢后牙菌斑液化学成分与龋的关系 ,探求判别个体龋易感性中的因子。方法 6~ 7岁儿童 ,无龋 (dmfs=0 ) 12名 ,高龋 (dmfs≥ 10 ) 6名 ,低龋 (3≤dmfs<10 ) 7名。毛细管电泳技术 (Beckman ,Pace 5 0 0 0 )检测有机酸、磷酸和无机阳离子。结果 无龋组乳酸和低pKa酸的水平显著低于低龋组 (P =0 0 0 2 )和高龋组 (P =0 0 1)。多元逐步回归法和Logist回归法筛选出乳酸为龋的判别因子 (P =0 0 6 44 )。结论 糖代谢
Objective To study the association of composition in plaque fluid after sugar challenge wi th caries susceptibility in order to find predictors of identifying individual c aries risk. Methods Children aged 6-7, caries free 12, high ca ries 6 and low caries 7 were studied. Plaque composition were determined by capi llary electrophoresis. Results Contents of lactic acid and lower pKa acids were signif icantly lower in caries free group than in low caries (P=0002) and high ca ries (P=001) groups. It demonstrated by multiple regression and Logistic r egression that lactic acid content could be a predictor of individual caries ris k. Conclusions Content of lactic acid in plaque fluid 7 minut es after sugar challenge could be a preditor of individual caries risk.
