活性多糖是当今医药和食品工业共同关注的热点 ,是一类重要的保健食品功能因子 ,文章详细介绍了活性多糖的国内外研究概况、分离纯化、保健功能、结构及其分析。
Bioactive polysaccharide is a heat point in medical industry and food industry, it is a very important health factor in foods. The research situation, isolation and purification, health effects, structure and its analysis, relationship between structure and health effects, and developmental trend of bioactive polysaccharide were briefly discussed in this paper.
