摘要
研究了柴油在加入柴油低温流动改进剂前后的低温流变性能。结果表明 :柴油的浊点与冷滤点之间的温度区间是柴油表观粘度的突跃范围 ,是解决柴油低温流动性的重点 ;自制的WW - 1型柴油低温流动改进剂的加入降低了低温下柴油的表观粘度 。
The reheological properties of the diesel under low temperature were studied by using HARKE RV 2 rheological instrument when a new kind of flow improver was added. The results indicated that it is the key point to improve the flow properties of the diesel because the apparent viscosity of diesel changed increasingly between its cloud point and cold filter plugging point. The diesel's reheological properties are concerned with the wax structure and crystal form. The content of paraffins in diesel is also the influencing factor. The curves of shear velocity vs apparent viscosity were different at different temperatures. By adding WW 1 flow improver, the apparent viscosity of A1 were decreased at low shear velocity under temperature of 10?℃ while did not change at high shear velocity under the same temperature. However, the apparent viscosity of A1 were decreased sharply at any shear velocity under temperature of 0?℃ and 4?℃ The apparent viscosity of B1 were decreased also by adding WW 1 flow improver at temperatures between its cloud point and cold filter plugging point, but the curves of shear velocity vs apparent viscosity are different from A1's, since the wax structure is utterly different and the cloud point and cold filter plugging also varied each other. Thus the flow improver is significantly effective to decrease diesel's apparent viscosity between temperature of diesel's cloud point and cold filter plugging point.
