摘要 目的 探讨幼儿脑视皮质微血管构筑的形态结构。方法 采用 8例幼儿脑视皮质 ,经碱性磷酸酶染色 ,组织切片 ,光镜观察。结果 视皮质内动脉多数以直角、少数以锐角发自软脑膜动脉。视皮质内静脉数量明显少于动脉。静脉属支汇入处可见一三角形膨大。且深层微静脉粗 ,浅层微静脉细。结论 皮质微静脉的这种特点可能是皮质微静脉栓死的因素之一。 WT5”BZ] Objective To study the microvascular morphology and structure of infant visual cortex. Methods The infant visual cortex was stained by alkalin phosphatase,sliced by paraffin microtomy and observed by an optic microscope. Results Intracortical arteries originated from superficial pial arteries.Most of them were branched at a right angle and few of them were sent out at a sharp angle.The number of intracortical veins was obviously less than that of arteries.The profunda veins were thicker than superficial veins and a triangle expansion on convergence was always seen. Conclusion The results suggest that this characteristic of intracortical veins is one factor that causes cortical venous embolism. [WT5”HZ]
