摘要 目的 :探讨ESWL治疗 6 46例输尿管结石效果 ,分析了 2 0例治疗效果较差的原因。方法 :采用低能量增加冲击次数的治疗方法 ,治疗前行B超、KUB、同位素肾图及IVU等检查 ,治疗后行B超、KUB或IVU复查及临床随访。结果 :一次成功率 5 3.9% ,复治率 46 .1% ,总成功率 96 .9%。结论 :提示采用低能量增加冲击次数 ,同样可以取得较好的碎石效果。 Objective: To evaluate the effect of ESWL on the treatment for ureteral calculus. Methods: Low intensity ESWL was employed to treat ureteral calculus in 646 patients. All patients underwent examination of B ultrasonography, KUB X-ray, and intravenous urography (IVU) before and after treatment. Results: The successful rate of the first ESWL was 53.9%, the repeated lithotripsy rate was 46.1% and the total successful rate was 96.9%. Conclusion: The low intensity ESWL was as effective as normal intensity ESWL on disintegrating ureteral calculus.
