喷雾干燥环丙沙星白蛋白微球的载药量和包封产率 被引量:3

摘要 建立和采用一阶导数紫外分光光度法测定白蛋白微球中环丙沙星的含量 ,该法可避开白蛋白囊材对微球中环丙沙星含量测定的干扰 ,操作简便 ,结果准确可靠。测得 1∶ 1、1∶ 2及 1∶ 4等不同药物 /囊材比例的喷雾干燥微球中环丙沙星的载药量分别为 46 .93%、32 .6 5 %、2 0 .5 6 % ,讨论并分析微球制剂中药物的分析方法 ,以恰当的包封产率评价方法计算喷雾干燥工艺对环丙沙星进行微囊化的包封产率的影响 。 In order to eliminate the interference of the wall materials, a convenient method of first derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the drug content of ciprofloxacin albumin microspheres. This method was simple and accurate. And the measured ciprofloxacin entrapment rate for spray dried microspheres with different drug/material ratios (1∶1, 1∶2, 1∶4) were 46.93%, 32.65%, 20.56% respectively. The extraction and analysis of drug from its microspheres dosage form were discussed. The proper method was adopt to evaluate the efficiency of spray drying on the microencapsulation rate, and the results were satisfactory.
