摘要
目的 观察维生素E对体外培养大鼠肝细胞抗脂质过氧化影响 ,探讨维生素E抗肝纤维化作用。方法 以TBA反应法观察 4种不同浓度的维生素E对培养大鼠肝细胞上清丙二醛的影响 ;细胞计数观察合适浓度维生素E对肝纤维化大鼠肝细胞的保护作用。结果 不同浓度维生素E抗脂质过氧化作用不一 ,浓度过大或太小 ,其抗脂质过氧化作用均降低 ;合适浓度的维生素E对大鼠肝细胞有一定的保护作用。结论 在合适浓度下 ,维生素E对体外培养肝细胞有较强的抗脂质过氧化及保护作用。
Objective To investigate effects of vitamin E on protecting against liver fibrosis by observing influence of vitamin E on antilipidperoxidaton of cultured hepatocytes.Methods We examined malonic dialdehyde (MDA) concentration of cultured hepatocytes supernatant in four different concentration of vitamin E with TBA reactive method,and observed effects of vitamin E on protecting cultured hepatocytes of fibrotic rat from necrosis with cell count.Results When the cultured hepatocytes were treated with vitamin E,the antilipid peroxidative effect was dependent upon the concentration and vitamin E could protect cultured hepatocytes from necrosis at proper concentration.Conclusion Vitamin E has strong antilipid peroxidative effects and protect hepatocytes from necrosis at proper concentration.
