摘要
研究了甲基丙烯酸锌 [Zn(MAA)2]对硫黄和过氧化物硫化体系 NBR的硫化特性、力学性能及耐热氧老化性能的影响。结果表明, Zn(MAA)2提高了 NBR硫化胶的力学性能和耐热氧老化性能。对于硫黄硫化体系, Zn(MAA)2使正硫化延长;对于过氧化物硫化体系,则使之缩短。差示扫描量热分析表明, Zn(MAA)2在 2种硫化体系中的硫化机理有所不同。
The influence of Zn(MAA)2 on the vulcanization properties, mechanical properties and heat-air aging properties of sulfur and peroxide curing system of NBR was studied. The results showed that mechanical properties and heat-air aging properties of NBR vulcanizate were enhanced by adding Zn(MAA)2. The optimum curing time was prolonged in sulfur curing system and shortened in peroxide curing system by adding Zn(MAA)2. DSC indicated that the curing mechanisms of Zn(MAA)2 in two curing systems were different.
