摘要 将LDPE、PA6和PE -g -MAH等混合后加入单螺杆挤出机内 ,经熔融挤出吹塑制成LDPE/PA6共混阻透薄膜。通过考察成型工艺条件及PA6和PE -g -MAH的用量对薄膜阻透性能和力学性能的影响 ,确定了共混配方和薄膜制备工艺 ,阻透薄膜的阻透性能与纯LDPE薄膜相比提高了 10倍以上。 LDPE,PA6 and PE g MAH are first mixed and then added into a single screw extruder,a barrier film of LDPE/PA6 is prepared by blow extrusion.Influences of processing conditions and dosages of PA6 and PE g MAH on barrier and mechanical properties of the film are investigated.The blending formula and process of the film are determined.Barrier properties of the film is increased by 10 times that of LDPE film.
