摘要 作者对妊娠3个月内的子宫内膜及胎盘绒毛组织进行了 HE、纤维素染色及免疫组织化学观察,发现细胞滋养层细胞(CT)、合体滋养层细胞(ST)与近年来命名的中间型滋养层细胞(IT)在形态及分布上有一定的差别。免疫组织化学方法显示 IT的 HCG 及 HPL 染色均可阳性,其 HCG 染色弱于 ST,HPL 强于 ST,而 CT 的 HCG、HPL 染色均为阴性,HCG-β及 SP-1的染色在这几种滋养层细胞中均与 HCG 一致。结果提示免疫组织化学方法对 HCG、HPL 的检测是鉴别 CT、ST 及 IT 的有效手段。 This report presents microscopic observation on morphological and immunohistoch- cmical characters of the trophoblast cells of the human endometrium in the first trim- ester preganncy.The localization and the morphology of the cytotrophoblast(CT)and the syncytotrophoblast(ST)are different from those of special kind cell termed as intermediate trophoblast(IT).Immunocytochemically,ITs are stained positive for both HCG and HPL,Their HCG staining intensity is weaker than that of STs,while the HPL staining intensity is markedly stronger than that of STs.On the other hand, neither HCG nor HPL are positiye in CTso The results of HCG-β,SP-1 usually go with those of HCG.The observations discribed above indicate that the staining of HCG and HPL by the immunohistochemical technique is a valuable method for distin- cting the CTs,STs,and ITs.
