摘要
改进了不锈钢壳嘴的落料形状及切边工艺 ,设计了浮动式水平切边模 ,并介绍了其结构和工作原理 ,使材料利用率提高9 % ,节省了加工工时 ,产生了较大的经济效益。
The blanking shape and the trimming technology of the stainless kettle nozzle were improved. A floating horizontal trimming die was designed and its structure and working principle were introduced. The utilization rate of stock was increased by 9%, the processing time decreased and obvious economic benefit produced.
