摘要
给出了使用点焊和端面焊导电极耳的泡沫镍正极板 ,然后与隔膜及金属氢化物负极板组装 2 /3D型金属氢化物 /镍(MH/Ni)电池的技术参数和工艺过程。所制备电池的 0 2C充放电容量大于 5Ah ,1C放电容量大于 4 5Ah。使用焊接极耳正极板的工艺可降低对生产设备和生产控制的要求 ,但过程复杂。端面的焊接工艺则与之相反。采取增加正极板上焊接极耳的数量或使用端面焊方法 ,可提高电池的放电比容量及放电电压平台。
Using two kinds of form nickel positive plate,membrane and metal hydride negative plate,2/3D size MH/Ni batteries with different charge discharge rate property were produced,the technological parameters and process path were introduced.The discharge capacity of MH/Ni batteries reached 5Ah,and 4.5Ah at 0 2 C and 1 C ,respectively.Contrary to the production of MH/Ni battery used end face weld process,the MH/Ni battery with welded electric leading lines on positive plate could be produced easily and needed less special equiment,but its production process was more complicated and battery had lower charge-discharge rate property.For higher discharge capacity and voltage platform,more electric leading lines on positive plate or the end-face weld process was suggested.
