血清转化生长因子β_1与酒精性肝病的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :了解血清转化生长因子 (TGFβ1)与酒精性肝病的关系。方法 :把大鼠分为正常对照组和酒精对照组 ,用酒精灌胃的方法建立酒精性肝病模型。采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)测定血清中的TGFβ1含量。结果 :在 8周末及 12周末 ,酒精组血清TGFβ1水平分别为 (15 .5 2± 0 .4 2 )ng /ml ,(17.77± 0 .2 5 )ng /ml,明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且随时间延长 ,酒精组TGFβ1的含量进行性增加。结论 :血清TGFβ1浓度随时间延长而升高。 Objectives:To study the relationship between transforming growth factor β 1 (TGFβ 1) and alcoholic liver disease. Methods:the rats were divided into two groups: the normal control group and the alcoholic control group. The rat models of alcoholic liver disease were established by oral infusion with ethanol .The serum level of TGFβ 1 was detected by ELISA. Results:Serum TGFβ 1 levels in the alcoholic group were notably higher than that in the normal controlled group (p<0.01). Conclusions:The serum level of TGFβ 1 increased with aggravation of alcoholic liver disease.
