风洞动力PLC监控系统的研制

Development of PLC Supervisory & Control System for Power Supply in Wind Tunnel

结合 8 m× 6 m风洞动力系统的改造 ,充分利用动力系统的设备、部件 ,采用 PL C控制器 ,基于 S7-STEP7和 FIX32编程环境 ,开发研制出动力监控系统 ,从而实现了 8m× 6 m风洞动力系统的智能监控。文章系统地叙述了 8m× 6 m风洞动力监控系统的硬件结构 ,软件设计原理和方法 。

Combining the reform of the power system in 8m×6m wind tunnel,making full use of the equipment and component of the power system and PLC,basing on the program environment of S7 STEP and FIX32,the monitor and control system of the powers supply have been developed.This paper describes the hardware construction,the software designing principle and methods of the power monitor system in 8m×6m wind tunnel.Also the paper provides the system's functions and the effect reached.
