摘要
文章将人工智能(AI)、决策支持系统(DSS)、数据挖掘(DM)、WEB等技术与传统的商场计算机管理系统结合起来,建立了商业智能决策支持系统的模型,并给出了实现商业智能决策支持系统的关键技术。
The paper presents the model of Business Intelligence Decision Support System(BIDSS)based on Artificial Intelligence,Decision Support System,Data mining and WEB technologies.It is the combination of these technologies with traditional business management system.The functions of BIDSS are described,include the market analysis,risk assess-ment and prediction,custom analysis,etc.The key technologies realizing BIDSS are also presented.
