摘要
对 8 7- 1,80 85 ,综 3,N80 8等 4个回交一代Bt转基因材料进行田间抗虫性接卵鉴定的结果表明 ,成株期转基因材料群体茎秆的平均抗虫性较对照提高 45 %以上 ,差异达显著或极显著水平 ,叶片的抗虫性提高 30 %以上 ,不同遗传背景的转基因材料 ,抗性表现不一 .回交一代群体内 ,不同单株的抗虫性差异悬殊 。
The identification of insect resistance has been made on the four BC 1 materials by introducing insect eggs into leaf spindle in the field.The result shows that the mean insect resistance of transformed colony stems has been improved by over 45% in comparison with CK,and the difference is in a remarkable or much more outstanding standard,meanwhile,that of leaf has been improved by over 30%.The expression of insect resistance varies with different genetic backgrounds.There exists great diversity in the insect resistance among the individuals within the first generation of BC 1,which presented separation from high resistance to infection.
