原发性低血压气虚证及阴虚证心功能指标的研究

Study on Indexes of Cardiac Function in Both QI Deficiencyand YIN Deficiency Syndromes of Primary Hypotension

通过彩色超声心动图检测 ,观察原发性低血压患者气虚证、阴虚证在心功能指标上的变化。结果表明气虚证较阴虚证 FS、ESS、E/ A明显降低 ,其左心室壁相对较薄 。

The changes of indexes of cardiac function in both QI deficiency and YIN deficiency syndromes of primary hypotension were observed by the color echocardiogram.The results showed that the decrease of systolic cardiac functions (FS,ESS,E/A)in QI deficiency syndrome were more obvious than that in YIN deficiency syndrome,and the left ventricular walls in the former were relatively thinner than that in the latter.It provides the experimental basis for treating primary hypotension.\;
