摘要
评述了能量色散 X射线荧光光谱仪的发展现状及其在钢铁分析中应用 ,并详细介绍了飞利浦公司生产的能量色散 X射线荧光光谱仪 Mini Pal(使用 Si- PIN探测器 )在合金和高炉炉料分析中的应用 ,以及作者研制的 SZ- 2型低分辨率能量色散 X射线荧光光谱仪在镀层厚度分析中的应用情况 ,表明这类仪器可以满足钢铁工业中原料、镀层厚度及组成。
A review is given on energy dispersive X ray fluorescence spectrometers and their applications to steel industry. The effectiveness of the analysis of alloys and BF burden with a Philips EDXRF spectrometer MiniPal with a Si PIN detector, and the analysis of coatings with a low resolution EDXRF spectrometer SZ 2 developed by the authors with a sealed proportional counter has been proved competent.
