炼钢电弧炉过程动态模型与仿真

摘要 基于物料平衡和热平衡以及化学反应的热、动力学 ,结合相关的参数建立了电弧炉冶炼过程的动态模型 ,该模型可动态地模拟电弧炉冶炼过程中的废钢量、炉温、渣量、钢液成分、炉渣组成和炉气成分的变化。以某 1 0 0t交流电弧炉冶炼的操作参数为例进行了仿真计算 ,并与现场数据作了对比 ,结果表明模型可与实际结果吻合得很好。完善后的模型可望对生产全过程作出动态的预报 ,并可综合评估电弧炉冶炼的能耗、物耗、生产效率等技术经济指标 ,从而为电弧炉工艺的改进。 A dynamic model for EAF refining process has been derived according to the mass balance and energy balance as well as thermodynamics and kinetics in the chemical reactions in conjunction with relative operating purameters. With this model the EAF process can be described including the scrap melting procedure, variation of furnace temperature, slag quantity and compositions of steel, slag and off-gas. A simulative calculation is made on the operating parameters of a 100t AC electric arc furnace, and then a comparison between the model simulation and actual EAF process is conducted and results show a very good agreement. The improved model will be able to predict the whole course of process, evaluate energy and material consumption and production efficiencies, thus providing effective guide for improvement of EAF operation and control.
