摘要
用显微硬度、DSC等分析手段 ,研究了不同时效工艺及预拉伸工艺对新型铝合金车身板材的强化相析出过程及力学性能的影响。结果表明 :预时效能够提高峰值硬度并缩短达到峰值硬度的时间 ,并且预时效对含钛量较高的合金性能的改善尤其明显 ,因为Ti有利于预时效时G .P区和 β″相的形成。预拉伸能显著提高合金的屈服强度 。
A new style Al Mg Si based alloy for auto body sheets was designed through direct electrolytic process, which had better mechanical properties than American AA6111 alloy. The influences of pre aging and pre deformation on precipitating process and mechanical properties were investigated by means of microhardness measurement and Diffrential Seanning Calorimeter. It was found that pre aging could improve the hardness and shorten the time of getting to the hardness peak of the alloy, especially pre aging could markedly improve the properties of the alloy containing high Ti, because Ti was useful for forming G.P zones andβ″nucleus in the pre aging period. Pre deformation was found to improve yield strength effectively, and retain the good elongation at the same time.
