果糖二磷酸钠镁对心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察果糖二磷酸钠镁(FDPM)对心肌缺血大鼠血流动力学作用。方法:采用垂体后叶素诱发大鼠急性心肌缺血,经MPA-V,型多道生物信号分析系统监测血流动力学变化。结果:(1)给垂体后叶素后,MAP、LVEDP 升高,IT延长,HR、+dP/dtmax、-dP/dtmax、Vce-5kPa降低;(2)FDPM升高降低的+dP/dtmax、-dP/dtmax及Vce-5kPa,降低升高的LVEDP,同时降低MAP和减慢HR;该作用具有剂量依赖性。结论:FDPM能改善心肌缺血大鼠的血流动力学。 Objective To investigate the effect of sodium magnesium frutose diphosphate (FDPM) on hemodynarntcs in myocardial ischernia rats. l'tiethods : Acute myocardial ischemia model were induced by pituitrin in rats, and then hemodynamic variables were monitored with multichannel biological signal analytical system. Results: After administation of pituitrin MAP and LVEDP were increased, IT was prolonged, HR. + dP/dtmax, - dP/ dtmax, and Vce - 5kPa were simultaneously decreased. Alter i. v. bolus injection of FDPM, + dP/dtmax, - dP/ dtmax, Vce - 5kPa and Vpm were increased in the rats suffering from acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin; MAP and L\IDP were decreased; IT was shortened, and meanwhile HR was lowered. The effects mentioned above were dose - dependent. Conclusion : FDPM can improve hemodynamics of myocardial ischemia rats induced by pituitrin.
