被孢霉菌体中富含花生四烯酸 ( AA) ,具有极大的保健价值 ,采用有机溶剂提取被孢霉中的 AA油脂 ,选用乙醇正己烷混合溶剂 ,油脂得率达到了 34 .8% ,油脂经过皂化水解后 ,采用尿素包合法纯化 AA.可将AA的含量由粗油中的 2 3.4 %提高到 60 .6%

Matierella is rich in a ranchidonic acid is a kind of healthy oil resource having great exploitable, lipid containing arachidonic acid is extracted by a organic solvent. The results indicate that extraction with ethanol and nhexane can achieve better lipid yield (34.8 %). After chemical saponification, arachidonic acid was perified by urea inclusion treatment of the lipid, resulting an increase of arachidonic acid content 23.4 % of the crude oil to 60.6%.
