摘要
对四种常见的营养米粉,采用不同的保藏方法,对其保质效果进行研究,从而确定几种经济实用、易于推广的营养米粉的保藏方法,提高其保质期。
This thesis makes research on the effect of preservation of four common nutrition ground rice with different methods of preservation.Thus we can get several economical,practical and easy to popularize methods of preservation of nutrtion ground rice.In this way,we can improve the period of reservation of the ground rice.
