党的建设问题 ,关系到党的事业的兴衰成败 ,关系到中华民族在 2 1世纪的复兴。江泽民同志提出了“三个代表”思想是适应新时期党建工作的需要 ,用“三个代表”来表述党的建设钢领和使命并形成一个完整体系 ,在党的建设史上是第一次 ;在内容、时代特点和内部有机联系等方面都体现了这一思想的创新性 ,是对马克思主义党建学说的新发展。“三个代表”的提出 ,对于在新世纪全面推进党的建设具有重大的指导意义。

The Party reconstruction concerns the success of the Party's cause, and the resurrection of Chinese people in the twenty-first century. For the necessity of building the Party in the new phase of its development, commrade JIANG Ze-min has advanced the thought of the Three Represents. lt is the first time that the Party line and mission have been illustrated systematically with the Three Represents, whose contents, characteristics of the times, and intrinsically organization integration. All embody the originality of the thought. This is a new contribution to the theory of the reconstruction of Marxist Party. The advent of the Three Represents is of major guiding significance in boosting the Party reconstruction comprehensively.
