摘要
清末时的延边地区由于封禁和沙俄侵略 ,面临严重的边防危机。吴大澄大力倡导移民实边 ,并于 1 880年奉旨“酌办防务事宜”。其治边政策“一购利器以讨军实 ,一招屯户以实边上”的实施 ,使延边地区得到了开放 ,东部边疆日益稳定发展。吴大澄在延边的开发史上 。
Due to its seclusion and Russia's invasion, Yanbian's frontier defence faced a terrible crisis. Wu Dacheng advocated emigration to consolidate the frontier region and came to Yanbian to handle defence affairs by imperial edict. Wu adopted the policy of 'purchasing weapons for the army and recruiting new dwellers to strengthen the frontier region' and enabled Yanbian area to open up and the eastern frontier region to develop. He had made ineffaceable historical contributions to Yanbian's opening up.
