摘要
采用硬脂酸凝胶法制备了TiO2纳米材料,用差热-热重分析、红外光谱分析、X光衍射分析、透射电镜、表面光电压谱和X光光电子能谱等手段对TiO2制备过程及产物的晶型、形貌、表面光电特性等进行了分析。实验结果表明,TiO2纳米材料的表面结构有利于光催化活性的提高。
Nanocrystalline TiO 2 was prepared by using a stearic acid g el method,the synthesis was investigated by differential therm al analysis,thermogravimetric analysis,infrared spectra and X -ray powder diffraction.The surface sta te was analyzed by means of X -ray photoelectron spectroscopy and surface photovoltage spectrosc opy.The results of experiments show that the surface state of nanocrystalline TiO2is beneficial to improve the photoca talytic activity.
