摘要 目的观察引导式教育对脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能的改善情况。方法对 30名 4- 8岁脑瘫患儿采用引导式教育原则和方法进行训练 6个月 ,记录并比较训练前后粗大运动功能评估的得分情况。结果训练 6个月后 ,所有患儿的粗大运动功能均比训练前有不同程度的改善 ,《粗大运动功能评估》得分明显增高 ,差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0 .0 1)。 Objective To study the effect of conductive education (CE) on the coarse motor function of the children with cerebral palsy. Methods Thirty children of 4 to 8 years with cerebral palsy were trained by using CE methods. The scores of the coarse motor function evaluation were recorded and compared before and after training. Results After training for 6 months, the coarse motor function in all children with cerebral palsy was improved to some extent as compared with that before training. The scorse of the coarse motor function evaluation were obviously increased with the difference being very significantly ( P <0.01). Conclusion CE methods could obviously improve the coarse motor function of the children with cerebral palsy.
