摘要
本文研究了不同热处理条件下Cr17Ni2钢的组织和冲击韧性、结果表明Cr17Ni2钢1050~1150℃淬火,300~450℃回火,可获得高的冲击韧性。经临界区淬火,并在500℃以上高温回火,可获得很好的韧性,完全抑制了第二类回火脆,适用于高温回大后经受慢冷过程的零件。
This paper deals with the study of different heat treating process on the microstrticture and impact toughness Of Cr17Ni2 steel.the experimental results denote that after quenching at 1050-1150℃ and tempering at 300-450℃ high , impact toughness can be obtained in Cr17Ni2 steel. Tempered at higher than 500℃, intercritical heat treatment has a good impact toughness and can inhibit high temperature temper embrittlement in Cr17Ni2 steel. Intercritical heat treatment are appropriafe in the case of Cr17Ni2 steel undergone a slow cooling Process after high temperature tempering.
