高脂血症患者血清脂蛋白及载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ、A-Ⅱ及B_(100)的研究

STUDY ON THE SERUM LIPIDS,APOLIPOPROTEINS A-Ⅰ,A-Ⅱ AND B_(100)OF THE PATIENTS WITH HYPERLIPIDEMIA

定量测定222例不同类型高脂血症患者及72例同龄健康人的血清脂蛋白及载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ、A-Ⅱ及B_(100)结果是Ⅱ_a,Ⅱ_b及Ⅳ型患者血清HDL-C显著降低,载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ(apoA-Ⅰ)升高;Ⅱ_a型载脂蛋白B_(100)(apoB_(100))显著升高,与Ⅳ型相比有显著差异。

The total cholesterol(TCh),HDL-Ch,LDL-Ch,triglyceride (TG),apoA-Ⅰ,A-Ⅱ and B_(100)of 222 patients with Ⅱa,Ⅱb and Ⅳ types of hyperlipidemia and 72 healthy controls were measured.The results of statis- tical analysis showed that the HDL-Ch concentrations of patients were statistically significantly reduced and the apoA-Ⅰ increased.The apoB_(100) concentration was increased in patients of Ⅱ_a type and significantly higher than patients with Ⅳ type of hyperlipidemia.
