摘要
本文将模糊集合论引入人力资源价值计量领域,结合组织层级管理理论和发展中的人才测评技术,运用统计学和数学矩阵运算,构建了人力资源非货币计量方法-模糊计量方法,发展了货币与非货币计量方法相互渗透融合的思想。
This paper introduces fuzzy set theory into valuation fields and builds one non- money measure model (Obscuring Measure Method) by statistics and obscure matrix operation and by combining stratification management theory and testing& evaluation technology of person with ability in the development.This paper develops the thought of mutual interpinetrating on money and non- mon ey measure methods.
