摘要
对罪刑相当原则的理解实质上涉及到刑法的理论构架，本文拟对罪刑相当原则从动、静两个角度进行分析，从而提出犯罪、刑事责任、刑罚之模式。
The Understanding of principle of punishment suiting to crime concerns the theoretical framework of criminal law.The author analyzes this principle from all aspects and refers to the concept of crime criminal liability and punishment.
