摘要
采用以VAE为种子 ,半连续乳液聚合法制备VAE/PVAc复合乳液。用DSC和TEM分析结果表明在第二阶段聚合过程中 ,一次性加入乳化剂可获得大、小粒子共存的复合乳液 ,这种粒径分布有利于高固含量、低粘度乳液的制备。同时通过实验系统地考察了固含量、乳化剂、保护胶体和单体进料速度对乳液聚合的影响。采用这种以加宽粒径分布为目的的优化聚合工艺 ,制备出了一种稳定性好。
Using VAE as the seed,composit emulsion was synthesiz ed with VAc semi-continuous emulsion polymerization under special conditions.The test results of DSC and TEM show that two kinds of particles with different diam eters exist in the same composite emulsion,which is favorable to the preparation of emulsion with high-solid content and low viscosity.The effects of solid con tent?surfactant?protective latex and monomer's adding rate on high-soild cont ent emulsion polymerization were systematically investigated.Using t he widely pa rticle diameter distributed polymerization method,a modified PVAc emulsion adhes ive with good freeze-thaw stability short drying time and strong adhesion strang th was prepared.
