摘要
采用高温固相反应法制备了掺杂Sr ,Ca的碱土金属铝酸盐蓝色荧光粉。通过测试发现粉样的发光强度与热稳定性均有了较大提高。这与Sr ,Ca取代BaMgAl1 0 O1 7∶Eu2 + 中的部分Ba后晶体结构变化有关。掺杂少量的Sr ,Ca后 ,所得荧光粉的晶格参数c变小 ,晶胞体积也随之变小。因此减小了对发光有害的缺陷浓度 ,并增加了粉样的热稳定性能。
Barium magnesium aluminate phosphors doped with Sr and Ca cations were synthesized by the high temperature solid state reaction method. By adding appropriate amount of small cations such as Sr 2+ and Ca 2+ to replace the site of large cation Ba 2+ , the phosphors, with better luminescent performance and less heat treating deterioration, were finally made. The XRD results show that the cell volume of each doped phosphors is shrunk and the crystal parameter c is decreased. As the volumes of the crystal cells were reduced, the arrangement of the atoms becomes denser. The defects spoiling the luminescence of Eu 2+ are declined so that the emission of the phosphors is intensified. Besides, the decreased parameter c is concerned as a possible reason for the improvement on heating stability.
