A review on the recent advances of the determination of nucleic acids by some molecular spectrometric methods such as spectrophotometric method, fluorescence method, and resonance Rayleigh scattering method, is presented. The important reaction systems and their analytical characteristics are listed in the tables. 77 references are cited.
