摘要
本文通过实验和数值分析 ,对球内接锥台壳体在爆炸冲击载荷作用下无模成形过程进行了研究。通过数值分析获得了壳体质点的应力和运动速度分布 ,并对壳体成球精度进行了分折。结果表明 ,数值分析与实验结果非常吻合 。
In this paper,the non\|die sphering process of an spherically inscribed sheel structure is put into experiment and numerical analysis.The particle stress and velocity distributions on the shell are obtained through calculation.And the sphering accuracy is analyzed.The calculated values turn out highly in accordance with the experimented results.The multi\|coned,spherically inscribed shell shows good sphering tendency.
